That guy is Min Yoongi, also known as BTS’ Suga. He’s 22-23, main rapper, very talented.
I’m a BTS fan and prefer Jin but Suga has done something to me that I couldn’t ignore or avoid being thankful for it.
Back in elementary school, I used to write some songs/poems in French and love it (and if someone reads them right now I’ll feel like killing myself because they’re lame :p ).
Then in high school, I started writing love and heartbreak songs in English which were actually not bad… until this September when I tore everything and threw it away. Am I regretting it? No.
Because thanks to Suga, I learned that I should start writing what I really feel, not someone else’s love story. When I downloaded BTS’ mini album “The Most Beautiful Moment In Life”, I started by listening to the main tracks, like usual. But after a month, I realised that I missed a track, “In the Mood Of Love”, an all rap track sung and written by Suga himself. The first seconds I listened to it… I felt awakened. The song actually talks about how people kept judging him while he never gave up to make his dreams come true. I felt like the song was meant to be sang to me. Since then, everytime I looked at my old poems, I felt something wrong: they were all fake. They never talked about something that happened to me, they were just inspired from something I watched or a song I listened to. Since then, I wrote 4 songs meant to be RAPPED. They’re not about love anymore, they’re about discovering myself, about rising from the dust of this society to finally be free of judgements. Now every time I read them, I finally feel that this is my story. This is me.
Suga is now officially a person that I respect A LOT because he showed me passion in songwriting, and taught me how not to care about others’ thoughts and stay true to myself 🙂

What do you think of people constantly showing off?
Honestly, I hate them more than anything. More than wars, more than fight, and even more than school! (Thank goodness I’m in college now :p)
Show-offs are that kind of people who keep bragging about themselves, about how they’re living right and make us feel bad about our lifestyle. I’ve met so many of them, mostly at school but now at college.
Why I hated school? Because I had to sit 7 hours between idiots who kept laughing at me because I’m different. I’m a book geek and I like music diversity like old French songs, but obviously they didn’t. I was a loser because of it as they kept showing off their tastes which, objectively speaking, is actual trash! But now I’m finally in college where I don’t worry about being weird since everyone there is open minded and, well, weirder. :p

I stopped seeing show-offs until this semester. But this time, it wasn’t a student: it was a teacher!
At first I thought that it was my fault for thinking this way, that I was probably bored without my cellphone, but today, as I put it in my bag and occupied myself with my favorite relaxing distraction (writing) but kept concentrating, I realised it wasn’t my fault.
All she does is talking non-stop about her gynecologist father and her husband who’s also a doctor and about her “achievements” while nagging about how we are becoming lazy and ignoring our country. Well let me tell you this.
Not all of us has a protecting background to do crazy stuffs. Now ok there are some small actions we could do, but we can’t attack directly! Even I have the risk to receive a bullet in my brain from one of these dirty so-called “politicians” because I’m an ant here! And you said you suffered from war the most. Now ok everyone before us suffered from it, but saying that her suffering was one of the biggest is too much! Some people still hold scars as a sign of surviving, or even non removable bullets! Or people that lost their house and ENTIRE family, they’re just nagging right? Or my OWN FATHER who had to leave school and worked day and night like a slave so his family would live in dignity, that’s just trash talk right?! You dare say what you “suffered” was huge?!
Sorry for ruining your day with it but I was really pissed at what happened today.
So I’ll end by saying Happy National Writing Day! 🙂

Today I might write things that doesn’t have value for anyone but it have a huge value for me.

It’s 20:56 now, Autumn, October.
I was looking at my timeline for news about celebrities or just scientific news when I saw a link for an EXO picture. I clicked it. When it opened my eyes were immediately filled with tears. Here’s the picture, and here’s why:

It’s only a normal picture for Chanyeol, right? Well, to me, it’s not. When I first saw the picture with that haircut, it reminded me of the day I saw him for the first time. It reminded me how I couldn’t get his rap or his stare out of my head. I felt that the Chanyeol I saw for the first time actually didn’t change, no matter how many times he changed his hair color or looked tired.

For the first time since months, I felt home. It was like I forgot all the problems and went back to the times when I was worry-less, no stress to bother me. I went back to the time when everything was stable, before everything started to change.
I suddenly was full of joy, and to know that the picture was taken only hours ago and that he won 2 awards at the event made me feel proud… it made me feel satisfied of my tastes in life.
My heart felt warm again.
I felt lively again.

I know what I just wrote looks pointless but here’s my point. When praying at night, be thankful to God for every single little thing that might seem unimportant now, but is actually one of the many things that makes you excited to wake up the second day and see it again 🙂

Wow, it’s been a while since I last wrote. So I’ll write my personal recommendations in music, kdramas and books. 🙂
Well, everyone, how was summer? Mine ended on Monday, and I’m having some hard time but everything is fine 🙂 How was it? Well, to others it might be boring but I discovered many nice things to do online.
First of all, let’s get started with the books. I read “The Selection” series by Kiera Cass in one week. How I managed to finish it in such short time? Well, it’s because I sometimes spent my night reading instead of sleeping, cause the series are AMAZING! The book tells the story about an average girl who has been chosen between thousands of girls, among with 34 other girls, to have the chance to be the next queen. The story is full of fun and romance and suspense so I really recommend it.
Also, if you all know about that book that became a movie, “If I Stay”(by Gayle Forman), well forget it. The story is really boring and a perfect example to define the word “cliché”. But the surprise was when I started reading (still haven’t finished it) the sequel of the book, “Where She Went”. It’s just amazing! It talks about how the couple broke up and this time takes Adam’s side of the story. I swear I could’ve felt his emotions through those simple words. Nice done Gayle Forman! 🙂

Now, let’s talk about kdramas. I watched “The heirs” on tv but it was a bit boring so I stopped it. But that day I decided to go back to one of my favorite dramas (I partially downloaded it on my laptop) : Rooftop Prince (Starring Park Yoochun). The story is about a king in the Joseon era who traveled in time to the present with his 3 guards to solve the mystery of his beloved princess’ murder. The story is very funny with the boys trying to get adapted to the latest technology (especially when Yoochun tried to zoom out a video on a tv screen XD ), and the romance of the prince falling in love with the girl instead of the princess’ reincarnation.
And let me tell you that after finishing it, I’ll start a new drama: The girl who sees smells (also starring Park Yoochun).

Ok, now, let’s talk about music! 🙂
This summer was known for its HOT comebacks. Let’s start with my favorites, Super Junior’s “Devil”. The song is about them falling in love with a girl but discovering that she’s bad when it’s too late to go back. I was super happy to see Yesung discharged from his enlistment and back with the band, so I expect to hear his stunning high notes in the next comeback! (Which is very soon XD )
Then we have SNSD. The girls started the summer with their colorful single “Party”! And they came back with “Lion Heart”, which is a “Great Gatsby” style song about a boy cheating on one of them with the others (means he’s dating all 8 of them), and “You Think”, which is a strong upbeat song about the girls showing their wild side, that the boy “ain’t cooler” than them.
These were my two favorites but there’s also more. We shouldn’t forget the exceptional Bigbang comeback with the “Made” series, the new krock band who debuted last week, Day6, with their very addictive song “Congratulations”, or even SHINee with their creepy but funny concept in “Married to the Music” (seeing Key’s head flying in the air still freaks me out XD ). And the comeback series is still going! Between them we have:
-Super Junior
-SNSD’s subgroup TTS
-SNSD’ Taeyeon solo debut
-SNSD’s Tiffany solo debut
-Super Junior’s Kyuhyun
-Super Junior’s Yesung

Their way of thinking is different from others, they are not easily carried away by love, they never thought to do bad things, and their criteria when looking for a mate is very high, in addition to appearance, personality is more important, so the marriage rate is not high. Memory level they have is very good, they can easily remember the korean lyrics they do not understand, and their coordination ability is also very strong. Most of them are cheerful children, not the type to confine themselves. They also have very strong determination, they were able to survive and make efforts to buy something related to their favorite celebrities.

What’s a summer song?
There are many opinions about this question. Most of the people say that a summer song is a song that got very popular during summer season, like just a hit song.
My definition of summer songs is very different.
A summer song should be a song that reminds you that it’s summer! It should give you the thoughts that you should have fun, that this season is fun and lively! For me, I think summer songs are the ones that make me imagine myself watching a fun performance on the beach in the middle of the day, or on some Hawaiian beach on a summer night, cool air playing with my hair while I’ll be dancing and having fun, feeling fresh! We’re sick of being stuck in the sad winter mood, we want to feel free! 🙂

As many of you know I’m a crazy EXO-L, I search for anything related to them to download it (technically I do it with every kpop group :p ). So as I was searching, I found their first ever solo concert from their world tour series EXOLOGY. And I said why not? Here I am writing to tell you about the great things I saw and unfortunately the thing that bothered me.
Well let’s start that the concert is fantastic. Since it’s in Seoul, more gadgets were available. Result? EXO had a lot of things to present. Cool costumes were available, like the wild ones in MAMA, the scholars ones in Wolf, or even the ones covered with the well known “Overdose” labyrinth, not forgetting the cute silver crowns in Peter Pan. Then we have the realistic stage. We have many blocks that go up and lift the members a bit higher than the stage in Love Love Love, the platform similar to a round table where D.O and Baekhyun sang Moonlight while the other members sat on chairs around it and did really cool dance moves. But we shouldn’t forget the nets that lifted most of them in the air in Into Your World (Angel) or the cute bicycles that also lifted them in the air in Peter Pan, giving the songs a more magical effect.
After that, we have the magnificent special stages. Whether it’s Sehun, Lay or Xiumin’s dance solo, Chanyeol’s drum session, Baekhyun’s version on piano of My Turn to Cry, Suho’s version of Beautiful, D.O’s Tell Me What Is Love, Chen’s rock song, Kai’s monologue Deep Breath (or like I call it, “the love psychopath monologue”) or Tao showing his exceptional talents in martial arts, EXO definitely nailed it.
And lastly the idea of having fun while chatting and playing with their fans make this concert an exceptional event no one would ever want to miss. I couldn’t stop laughing when they started a battle between EXO-K and EXO-M to impress a fan while dancing on major kpop hits like Super Junior’s Sorry Sorry or SNSD’s Gee and many more!
Unfortunately, there is one thing I didn’t like. If you watched the DVD, you’ll notice that the way the picture kept shifting was very annoying… they were trying to hide something but I noticed it. I counted the members and found out they were 11. Yes everyone, the concert was held before Luhan’s departure. It was very sad to see that despite the fact that he’s a part of this concert, producers worked hard to cut all his talking parts and zoom out the camera to avoid showing his face. Why? Because “they don’t want to hurt us”. Dear producers, by hiding him, you are hurting us 100000 times more! 😦 At least keep his parts as a farewell for the fans, or don’t show the concert at all!
I conclude that despite the disappointing Luhan problem, I really enjoyed the concert (that I watched most of it in my music class :p ) (what? I was bored!), and now I’m waiting for the second chapter of EXOLOGY,  the Exoluxion which is definitely different than The Lost Planet, but no less greater.

Like everyone here I love birthdays since it’s the only day when I get to be a little princess, and the only day when people care more (or pretend to care) about me. But there’s still some things bothering me about this “special” day.
Yesterday some idiots were having a bday party and were very loud and annoying (thanks a lot guys -_-), and I started saying that I don’t even open my mouth on my bday. And there was where it hit me.
Every year, I get invited to one of my dad friends’ bday dinner (which is 3 days after mine) and keep being told that the dinner is also for me, but all I do is cut the cake and receive a gift that has no sentimental value for me. As for the rest, they make me sit at the end of the table and ignore me while they have fun and speak whatever they want, and it’s ME who gets scolded for using WiFi cause I’m bored. I never got to celebrate my bday with my friends properly although I wish I can. As for the gift, I started thinking that it’s bought thinking that every girl would like it. But I’m different. Let me give you an example: last year I got clothes which were actually nice, but my friend sent me on Whatsapp a very well edited pic of Super Junior’s Heechul wishing me a happy birthday. I liked the pic more since my friend thought about the special things I like, showing that she cares. I’m not asking for Chanyeol’s version of EXODUS album (although I would’ve died to have it :p ) but a novel is enough since I’m addicted to books, or even accessories since I love wearing them. I might seem impolite writing this, but that’s what I think. When it’s someone’s birthday, please treat him a bit more special than the other days.
